At Listowel Children’s Services, independent practitioners offer services for children and adolescents. Clinicians work with children / adolescents to formulate individual developmental profiles that identify their strengths and needs and also the supports needed to encourage them to reach their full potential. If indicated, this may involve assessment for specific developmental disorders such as Developmental Delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Intellectual Disabilities. Educational assessments are also offered which seek to identify learning profiles and whether or not a child is presenting with specific learning difficulties such as Dyslexia.
